Found sewing machine behind pile of old wood trim in our attic. Used serial number on Singer Website to locate minimal info. Looks like it was once attached to something wooden and it was removed by saw as there is wood attached to bottom of machine.
Rare "Hamm's on tap" Neon beer sign: White neon tubes, with 4 beer glasses that light up in succession; one broken neon tube was just repaired so that now the entire sign works. The metal tag on back says, "Theo Hamm Brewing Co, cat no 747-001, model 001, Jefferson Electric Company, Bellwood, Illinois, serial # 21860-2" Dimensions are 37" wide X 22.5 inches tall X 5.5" deep. this sign was acquired from a Minneapolis tavern in 1974, and stored since then.
I have an odd piece that was found in an abandoned house the company I work for is doing testing in before it is set to be demolished. Its a wooden panel with flowers carved in it and the middle slides out and it has a carved owl on one end that has hinges and folds out/up. That about as good as I can explain it.. What in the world is it?
