Watch in mint condition... 52 yrs old., black leather strap

I have a pair of Edison Ediphones and the shaver.  I also have the accessories.

I have six lithograph of homes of presidents.  They have a International Archives seal and a certificate number of R0 1118 23502 013 0438.  Am interested in selling them as a set or individually. 

Found this old painting in my grandmothers attic...looks like an old dutch family setting any info would be great. signed but very hard to make out  maybe r.c. ranks or p.c. ranks??not sure...

Picture has old looking tape on back says   Bennett 1945  country farmhouse.oil painting 3ft by 2 ft.  wanted to know artists first name if possible  and a value or any info if available
