Herend fishnet blue bunny pair

 I have various items that I trying to do  research on to value them. Can anyone lead  in the right me in the right direction? The painting I know is by P Detlesfen and the leopard muff purse, I think is from the 30's or 40's

I purchased this at an estate sale of a wealthy family.  It is a beautifully executed oil painting.  Obviously done by an accomplished artist.  Italian?  The scene is nautical. It is in a very old handcrafted frame with framer's stamp.  I will provide a picture if anyone can provide me with a "lead" on the artist.
