It belonged to my mother in law that was purchased when they bought a home in Bridgeport CT in 1950. There are three pull out shelves to be used for buffet
The library table is oak as far as I can tell. It has two drawers which appear to have original brass pulls. The casters are steel and lightly rusted. I cannot tell what the rollers are made of. They are glass like and very hard. The entire piece is put together with pegs. The White Chatton & Co Ltd tag is affixed to the back of the table. It is a raised tag with black lettering on a white background--perhaps glass of some kind. There doesn't seem to be a finish on the table--could have been waxed. The address on the tag is Torquay, 125a Victoria Street, London 1894. I would like to know what this item is worth.
