Antique Fire Engine Bell

My Father picked these up in Switzerland many years ago.

They are both matted and framed. I am not sure who the artist is but if anyone can tell me from the signature I would appreciate it.

Crazy quilt,  names of women that made it are embrodered on the quilt, along with a 1949 date.  Some moth holes in the wool, otherwise excellant condition.

This is a type of cup that was handed down from a great grandmother. We thought it was a sugar bowl or a ceremonial cup of some kind.
