Beautiful Mirror with Pink Flamingo by tree with hanging moss. I think it may have beeen done by Moss Turner?

I have 4 ea Carolyn shape coffee cups saucers and dinner plates. Would really like to know the pattern name, I can't find it anywhere. Also the dates of production. If you can give me some sort of value for all 12 pieces that would be great too. Really cute set. In great shape too.
