This was purchased at "Gable's Department Store" established in 1880. The building this was placed in was built in 1888. This piece has been in the famiy for almost 100 years. I am looking for someone to give an opinion as to how old this really is? I've never seen anything like it. The flowers are illuminated by small bulbs when this is plugged in. It reads "Bologna, Italy" and "Salve" has been painted within a banner on the design.

Was told it was a Belgian, hand made, pin point rug.

Was informed by client ( approx. 60-70 years of age at least 10 years ago) had been in family since grandmother was a little girl. American Cherry Bureau/Bookcase was only information given from an appraisal company. They also predicted that it could bring $1500 in auction.

very elaborate single piece of glass. I have no idea of its age, price, maker or even what its purpose is if any. Have ruled out letter rack and obvious things. Any suggestions please.

I have a set of syracuse fine china "Evening Star" edition. I have service for 16 including dinner plates, salad plates, soup bowls, bread plates teacups w/ saucers, serving bowl, serving platter, gravy bowl, and sugar and creamer set. It is in amazing condition!
