my step-father died in 2001 at 81 years and these chairs belonged to his mother
who died in her 80's in the 1980's

29" diameter. 27.5" high cherry finish table. Mother claims it's over 100 years old. No manufacturer's markings, though appears hand made based on how the legs adjoin the stem. Wood is free of cracks, but water stained on the top.

Lovely three-candle crystal candelabra with 16 crystal pendants (5 on each side candle holder and 6 on the center one. No chips, scratches or cracks.

This book is an original edition, hard back, signed by author with his photograph in the beginning. Hard cover, in really good condition. Fully illistrated with halftone and conlored plates. Published in 1916 by Historical Publisher CO in Philadelphia.
