Steel container

Category
General Antiques and Collectibles
Condition
Good
Description

This container has a clean, unmarked interior. The removable lid attaches via a sturdy metal buckle and has a metal handle for carrying. The exterior has some dents. I'm told it was used to keep liquid cold (milk? Soda?)

Have you ever heard of this artist?

Category
Fine Art
Condition
Good
Description

Little boy in shorts outfit with sailor cap, blowing on a handkerchief at a little girl who appears to be walking away. The little girl is wearing a sundress and bonnet, carrying a closed umbrella and a red purse. The boy has one hand on a red scooter. It appears to be windy. There looks like water damage on the bottom and bottom right of the paper. It has what we believe is it's original frame. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!
