This is a heart shaped plate, very light, gold trim around outside.

it appears to be either gold or gold plated it reads surtec and it also says 17 jewels incabloc france i think it close to 80 to 100 years old if i had to guess it just looks like a womens antique pocket watch

Has Full original July 4 1776 Declaration Of Independence Bordered by John Trumbulls etched paintings of The Signing, Tea Party, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, The sewing of th first flag, drum, cannon, trumpet, pistol and the Revolutionary War. All Ecthing is fully legible and and well preserved. Excellent Condition. Made in Allentown, PA in 1940 by Grammes Inc. where it was originally signed in 1776.
