when I bought these two end tables about 15 yrs ago the woman said they are called modified pie crust. The carving is obviously hand done and it has claw and ball feet. I have seen pie crust but not like this. Any info would be appreciated.
I have had this for 30 years now... my grandmother was a collector of ANYTHING that sparked her interest. I have no clue about the piece I think it's asian only cause of the dragons
All I know is I LOVE IT..... the dragons and flowers are raised up a bit off the piece and the color of blue is amazing.
on the side there is cracks that were repaired by staples *not as bad as it may seem. but no missing pieces
Mason's serving Platter - in fruit basket design marked on the back with the mason's stamp and I think it reads OB18689 - could be wrong on that though - want to sell it but don't want to be ripped off
