Prints made after the Anthony and Cleopatra collector plates. Both prints are framed and signed by Irene Spencer. One frame is cracked. Both are in the 70s out of a series of 352 prints.
Looks like a a hobo carrying a brown bucket in one hand and a cloth sack in the other. has a dog and a sheep at his feet. has a bed roll strapped to his back and a red scarf around his neck. Man has black hair and black beard and mustache with white streaked through it. Hat and clothing all have a grayish color. Decanter opens at his waste. Still has unbroken "tax paid" stamp/seal on back of decanter with #038375979. Front bottom of decanter has gold and silver label. Genuine regal china,Beam 100 months old, 80 proof, kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Any info. or value would be appreciated.
The case is made by Illinois watch case co.ELGIN U.S.A.20 years.2499774.It doent have a glass face.The inner case says on it..Guaranteed to be made of two plates of gold with plate of composition between and to wear 20 years.with the same serial number thats on the outer case.It says waltham on the face and has a seconds dial.Inside the back it says A.W.W.W.Co. WALTHAM,MASS anmd has the serial number 18224355.

4 STAMPS ON THE BOTTOM, I KNOW WHAT 1 OR 2 MARKINGS REPRESENT
