Very old well maintained antique china cabinet with 3 shelves/grooved, curved glass, mirror on top with scrolling on each corner, 8" legs

This is one of many hourglasses I have collected over the years. I have no idea of its origin other than that it may be from the 1920's. I'm curious and would appreciate any help in determining more of a history and value.

THIS TOY SEEMS TO BE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. IT WAS FOUND IN A BOX OF THING THAT MY MOTHER IN LAW HAD WHEN SHE PASSED AWAY. I DO NOT SEE ANY NAME OR MANUFACTURE STAMP OF ANY KIND ON THIS TOY. IT IS A SQUEAKER TOY AND THE SQUEAKER DOES WORK.
