Leather bound book with dragon imprint on the cover, many photos from around china including great wall of china, trmplres, fishermen, but also public executions in the form of beheading and hanging. Photo of what looks like human heads placed in boxes and hung from lamp posts, one photo of an execution the moment after the sword passed through neck. This is a Theo A. Koch barber chair from around 1916. I'm pretty sure there was a Theo Koch patent in 1917 that came out and I beleive this chair would have had that patent if made after that time. So I think it's in between 1914 and 1917. I was hoping to know what the chair is worth restored. It has all the original porcelain with no damage. Were sending the various pieces off to be re-plated with nickel and having the chair proffesionaly re-upholstered. If anyone is interested in purchasing the chair we could customize it to your liking. It does have the headrest and not missing anything. I also have a razor stropper with patent of 1902. I also have a liscense to barber in the state of South Dakota from the original owner of the chair.
