Nippon 12" three handled vase with raised gold dots, handpainted roses with green swirls painted on the vase. Brushed gold around mouth of vase and bottom has gold swirls.

General condition is very good, only one little chip on her chin, has felt bottom, so could be signed under felt, has #1251 on back of item.
