This is a fair condition picture i found in an old estate.It has signature on lower right corner and a gold plate in the lower center of frame that says Half Way House

my boyfriend owned a moving company he moved a 70 year old lady to another state when he arrived with her things she did not have the money to pay and said she wouldnt be able to pay for a long time so she went in her attic and gave him this painting and another both had certificate of authinticity on their backs he took them off to keep them safe and lost them the marking on the left is very clear on the painting my camera sucks and so it looks like a water mark in this picture if you can shrink it (this picture of it) you'll see it much clearer
