Want to know what year this was made and how much it may be worth.

Flowers range from yellow to orange and white to blue. Vase is brownish in color.

I found this tea set in Goodwill store, and still thinking if I should buy it or not. The tea pot and sugar bowl are missing the lid. It is priced at $100. Every piece is marked as hand painted Nippon.
Cups and saucers are in very good condition, there are five of them.
