This is creme colored set with mauve/pink statue of liberty. The bottom of the saucer reads "made expressly for Evelyn Hill, Bedloe's Island, N.Y. by Vernon Kilns, U.S. A."
The basket has a top that extends down into the opening to allow access into the basket but prevents it's contents from escape. It is 13 inches tall and 36 inches around the middle.
I found it in a junk store a couple of years ago. The shop owner didn't know anything about it.
