used 5 cent george washington commemorative stamp with postal stamp marks made in 1962

This item looks to be handpainted on top of the china/porcelain. The image is multi layers of various shades of blue. The artist has initialed both the front and the back of the piece with NFS as well as a date of 1897

well i havent got much information i am hoping to be told what thr hall marks mean and the price of these

serial #10742126, case #7046958 front and back closures. Front closure is gold in color but rear is gold with a pinkish hue showing through. Works perfectly, no scratches on case or watch face. Mechanism looks sparkling new.
