Very old arabic christian book

During some construction works (central Greece area) we have found some strange and very old objects along with a couple of books enclosed in metal-alike boxes written in arabic language but with many christian signs. Can you please help us identify these books, their date and a probable price? I may provide many digital pictures and footage

Armand Marseille 15" doll

Can't tell you what great shape this doll is, other than some yellowing of the orig outfit and 1 small tear between lace and dress(about 1/8") even the buttons are orig. sleepy eyes, hair, ribbon everything. Found in a hat box and looks like it was never played with, (too bad).I just don't know anything about doll's. Hope the pictures help, I can't find any reference to the #370. 8/0. May be interested in selling, Thanks for the help.
