Parents original china sets, wondering value?

I have had this hand made oriental for about 30 years but it was very old when I bought, wanting to know value t sell please?

I know this porcelains are Royal Copenhagen's Blue Flower Tureen and half lace cup & saucer, but these seem to be different from the original blue flower color and pattern / original half lace color and pattern.

Did someone with a good painting skill paint on white porcelain as a hobby?
