I've been holding on to a pair of table lamps, giving to me by a Russian woman in The early 90's as a tip for moving her. She said hold on to these lamps they are very valuable. She said the glass was from Czechoslovakia. The tag says marbro.

Carved Hall Bench

Category
Furniture
Description

We bought this bench in Germany from a furniture dealer at a flea market  a few years ago. We fell in love with it but all the guy selling it could tell us is "1880's France"

I tried searching many keywords online but nothing like this ever popped up. Does anyone have an idea how old it can be and where it might have come from? Any idea on the value?

Thank you!

Rare Church Bench

Category

Condition

Description

I found this bench in an old log barn and would love to know how old it is and the value.

I searched the net extensively and have not found one single picture of a church bench that looks like this one. Nothing comes even close.

Furniture purchased in Italy

Category
Furniture
Condition
Good
Description

This is a dining room set that we purchased in Verona, Italy in 1984.  We bought it from Italian friends whose grandfather purchased the set in London in the early 1900's.  The dining room table and two "sideboys" have been modified after WW II with the installation of Murano glass on the tops and a mirror on one of the sideboys.  The "crystalaria" and chairs remain original .
