It is the 1896-1912 Stamp (found the mark at thepotteries.org).
The bowl is white with a blue band around the middle of the body. The band is bordered by gold with other gold bands amongst the white. The pattern is floral throughout - white flowers on the blue and gold flowers on the white.
The rim of the bowl is brass and has a stamp {A.R.M} and below that R.P.N.M (The second letter might be an A and the last may be an N.). It is marked 917/1558. Not chipped but glaze has fine crack pattern.
Passed down through a relative so interseted in history and value.
