Plastic Santa Face Decoration

Category
Other
Description

I just want to know what company made the plastic Santa face decoration (framed in the middle of the pic) and what year it was made. My mother in law doesn't know much about it and her Mom has passed. She doesn't know if they got it in Montana or if it was brought over from Germany when her family immigrated during WW2 (prior to my mother in laws birth)...any info would be appreciated. I've searched pics on Google but can't locate this exact face. I'm trying to find the information for my inlaws. It's the Santa face framed in shadow box in the middle of the pic.

chair and game table

Furniture
Condition
Good
Description

These pieces belonged to my ex-husbands grandmother.  He wants to sell them and we have no idea of the value.  When I asked him what he knows about them he said, "Well, gramma said they are really, really old."

The pieces are in great shape except for the fact that he seems to have misplaced the chair backs.... ouch!!  My best guess is they are Savonarola but I get confused once I try to identify a correct era.  The arms have the lion head (or leopard head?) but the feet are not decorative.

Any information is appreciated and I would love to get my estimated price range narrowed down.  My research has produced retail results for similar items from $250-$600 for the table and anywhere from $300 per chair to $2800 per chair.  please help!!  Thank you for your time

Red Seal Cedar Chest by Honderich

Category
Furniture
Condition
Excellent
Description

This piece has been in the family from new it was made for the grandmother from a company called Honderich, we have the original markings on the chest never taken off as you will  see in the photo, there is an original catalog, showing the availible models from Honderich in 1954, 1955. Since there is a marking on the bottom as well as the picture matches we are confident that this is a NO.F7 Swirl Mahogany 44 3/4 " x 19 1/4" -- 27 1/2" High. Serpentine front. Four-way matched up top , one drawer (bottom).  It is cedar lined, and has always resided in a bedroom enivronment main level (not basement) . Honderich Furniture Company Limited resided in Milverton, Ontario Canada.
