Victorian Chair

Category
Furniture
Condition
Excellent
Description

I bought this from an estate sale back in the 80's and was told it was an 1890's Victorian slipper chair. I'm just curious to know if that's actually what it is, where it possibly came from, if the era is correct, and how much it's potentially worth!

Cape Blanco Lighthouse

Category
Paintings
Condition
Excellent
Description

This watercolor is an original painting of Cape Blanco Lighthouse in Port Orford, OR by artist Sylvia D. Miller. I have enclosed a picture. I've owned the painting since 2006, but there is no date on it that I could find. I tried several online websites and could not locate it. Her signature is on the front of the painting. The title of this painting is written on the back in pencil, I presume by the artist. Thanks for you help in estimating the value of this.
