I have a violin on the inside it is written in pensal Rebuilt by G.H . Sievers 3/12/40 Kalispell Mont it has some damage from use no cracks or brakes it is in good condition
I am wanting to sell this chandelier but I have no information on it. I purchased it approx. 8 years ago and was told it was vintage or antique. It is heavy, has all the crystals and is in excellent condition.
my brother was hired to tear down a very old barn where he has found lost of antiques and antique cast iron horse track hangers, which i have been selling on ebay for a very good amount of money just per peice. but idk what this thing was used for exactly and what its for. and also it says james. i dont know if it was custom made one of a kind or just a rare company name one thanks also i put it on ebay for a lot just to see if i could get any offers to get an idea of what it was worth.
R. Blackinton & Co. Sterling Silver Powder Compact. Also marked Cartier. Good condition with some minor dings and wear. Compact opens and closes as it should and the mirror is still very nice. Monogrammed with initials "SB." This compact actually belonged to the Actress Shirley Booth and there is written proof of such from a family member. Am interested in the value as a Compact and possibly a value with the Provenance of the owner.
Nov. 11,1943 original menu from the Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant.Multiple signatures of famed show business figures of the day.Includes Bud Abbott,Mel Blanc,Jo Stafford,Dewey Wilson,Cliff Nazarro,Rod Cameron,Joan Valerie,Lum and Abner,Connie Haines,Charles "Dizzy" Smith,Dolly Mitchell,Patricia Lynn.The Mel Blanc autograph inscribed "Eh,what's up ,Neal?" Bugs Bunny,Mel Blanc.Many,many more which I cannot make out .Mostly in pencil.Bought last week at an estate sale in Florida.
This was probably owned by my grandmother who was born in1883. The message printed from the maker (Evans) says it is genuine hand-painted cloisonne and the gold is 24 carat gold.
