I need help in identifying this vase Fiesta HLC USA Vase I recently Inheriated from my Aunts Estate.

I can not tell what the true color is of this vase?

I would like to know how to Properly measure the Length and Width of this vase or any vase to get the most accurate measurements?

Silver Chinese Cigarette case with a dragon and the pearl of wisdom.  In excellent working condition.

Persian rug from iran. I believe it was purchased in the 1940s. Not sure if it was bought new then or not.

I think the bird on the surface of this vase might be a phoneix.  At first it appeared to be a combination of a chicken and a dragon but, then I decided it could be a phoneix.  In any case, at the bottom of the object it is stamped "RC" inside of a star that is outlined in green.  I think that means royal commissioned? or perhaps republic of china?  I know it is older than 65 years old but, have no further information.  If anyone can provide some more information, I would appreciate it.  Thanks!
