This is a framed painting in fairly good condition. It looks like the artists name is Haller. I can't really make out the date below the artists signature.
It is an Urn Body of urn is golden yellow square base painted in black the base has circle w/ a lion in it circle surrounded by leafs top of cicle has 2 litlle bird heads bottom of circle has like little rocket tops main body has 2 women and a man with a angel displaying a painting of a bride and groom all set outdoors with some sort of sail or flag in the background. @ curved handles that extend 2" past the upper rim
Looks like hand painted cermamic with some gold and silver plating. Little ballerina inside dances and it stops all of my children every time it is opened.
