These lamps belonged to my grandmother. They are from the 1940s or 1950s. The lamp structure seems to be made of a heavy metal. The flowers are made of china. There are no markings or signatures on the bottom. Any information would be appreciated.
It is a round bowl,(Possibly a mash potato bowl size) on the bottom inside of the bowl the design is a woven basket of flowers. then there is a gold trim on the upper inside of the bowl but not on the rim of the bowl. printed on the bottom of the bowl it says: Victory, by Salem China Company Salem - Ohio 23 karat gold made in the USA # 60163-GV Basket pp.

Rd 164516 and R 115510 and the numbers 6239 handpainted in gold. I have 5 two handled cups and 8 saucers. Normal ash specks due to old firing techiques. No cracks or chips
