This is an antique chair with round back and four legs that circle the original round padding of the seat. We found it at a thrift store and the guy said at an antiques store it could get hundreds but he doesnt have his business anymore so was just going to donate it to the thrift store. It has all the original stuffing and fabric dating he said from the 1800s. We think it is Victorian but we really dont know anything other than we LOVE it! All carvings are still intact and is in the same condition as it was probably back then just a little worn where the fabric is.
This is a Heywood Wakefield wood (not wicker) rocking chair) I knoe little about it other than it was at some point refinished prior to our ownership of the chair
Beautiful 22 karat gold plated teaset with hand painted portraits on each piece. the gold is engraved with filligree vines and daisies. Picture does not do it justice.
