17 cm Hand made blue Glass vase. Glass Makers Mark looks like a boat.

I received a hand made blue vase. It is 17cm high and the markings on the bottom of the vase look like a sale from a boat 2 triangle bases together and a line for the mask.  Refer to attached photo

Any help identifying the maker and value would be appriciated
