Antique Asian Glass Portrait of Young Woman

I purchased this at an estate sale of a young Chinese

male who said it belonged to his grandmother who

passed away. I was intrigued when I saw it and would

like to know the history behind it and it's worth. I don't

know much about it. It has a signature of someone on the 

bottom right corner and the picture is made out of glass.
