Antique Sideboard / Chest with Acorn Carvings and Marble Top

I'm moving cross country soon and trying to decide whether to sell this chest or ship it home.  I bought it in Anaheim CA at a thrift store.  I grew up in the southeast and my mom was an big antiquer and I do a lot of woodworking so I know enough to know it's all solid wood and pretty old but would love to know more!

Dimensions: 48" wide, 34" tall, 19" deep

Weight: Heavy!

I can't find any marking on it but could look closer if anyone has any specific suggestions where to look.

I looove this thing but am having a lot of trouble justifying trying to get it back East, some idea of what it is and when it's from etc might help the decision and would most appreciated.
