This tray says... WILCOX I S. International Silver Co 3415 B F . i have searched and i have found one that is similar but not exactly the same. Can anyone please help me with this. I would also like appraisal on this as well. I do know it is not silver plate it is silver. I would like to know a date and where it comes from please.
