Antique Walnut Tallboy

This piece of furniture does need a bit of love but I would be interested in finding out roughly when was it made and how much it is worth? 

I believe it's made in walnut. It's 62cm W X 121cm H X 41cm D - dovetail joins on the drawers and ornate brass handles.
