This item is a hand colored antique map of WW I battle lines in France and Belgium on the 25th day of September, 1918. Details are an exact copy of a map presented by field marshal Sir Douglas Haig to the old gard of New York as a remembrance of the Great War.
Inscription on top indicates that "Of this first edition of 250 copies this is No. 118 Designed and hand colored by Earnest Clegg, Late Major B&E, 1924 Copyright Claimed."
