blue and white long neck vase

Hello,

Trying to determine the age and maker and  how rare my vase is. Appear to be marks on inside of neck also a raised mark on bottom . Vase is about 13'' tall x 3 1/8th '' wide at rim x 4'' wide at base measurements are approximate. Weight is  3lbs 5.9ozs. Detail on outside is etched or chiseled in.
