3 and 1/2 inch base* inch at bigges in middle and 2 inch opening on top. Glass is lite blue on top and turns into dark blue by the botton.solid white intior. the glass also has a butterfly etched into it, a rose bush, and a flower/rose.on the bottom it is ingraved "Special for nicolettegoulet inner light crystal 1985. vase is in excellent condition it was found in a 50+ year old hording messing in Las Vegas .
