So I was given these two what looks like Chinese Art paintings from a friend for my birthday 14 days ago and I wanted to know what they are called and who the artist is since I appriciate art and love collecting them. Each has some chinese words but since I don't know the language I have no clue as to how to search these two paintings backgrounds. Please help me out here. It would be greatly appreciated!

Medium I do not know. It looks to be some sort of Ink wash painting on silk or some sort of paper I have never seen before.

Distinguishing marks I can't read the Chinese letters.

Condition Excellent

Size and dimensions of this item 10.5 Height, 8.5 Length,

Weight Made of some sort of paper so none.
