This is a Standing Liberty Quarter.  It grades About Good-3 though it looks like it would grade Good-4 if the date was legible.  Simply judging by the fact that the date is worn off, I would guess that is between 1917 and 1924. In 1925 the mint realised that too many dates were getting worn off too quickly and decided to recess the date into the coin a little bit to help it last.  Because of the lack of date, the coin is worth around $5.
