Crystal Clear Industries Signatures Train Figurine-Style #532114-GB Italy

By courther, 9 March, 2014
Description

This is a Crystal Clear Industries Signatures Train Figurine made in Italy.  The Style Number is 532114-GB.  The crystal train is 24% lead crystal which was made by Crystal Industries in Italy.  The circa is unknown.  I'm guessing 1950s-1970s.. I inherited the Crystal Clear Industries train from my late brother. He purchased the vintage crystal train in 1997 from an estate auction in Mountain Brook Alabama. I have not been able to locate another one on the Internet for price comparison.  There are no backstamps or markings on the crystal train.  i have the original box which lists the style number 532114-GB and the manufacturer. The dimension of the train is 5 1/2" x 2 1/4".  On the right front side of crystal train there appear to be a visible scratch mark.  Please examine pictures for closer inspection.  The close-up photographs revealed that it is not a scratch mark but a line of several bubbles in the glass. As a matter of fact there are several bubbles in the glass crystal. other than bubbles and the appearance of a scratch, the crystal train is in good condition.  Hopefully the bubbles won't hurt the evaluation. The crystal train weighs 13.53 ounces.
