These figurines have been sitting in my Grandmother's Sydney home for the last 20 odd years (that's about as long as I can remember) until I inherited them just recently. She said they belonged to her Grandmother (who died in the early 1980s) but I don't recall from which decade. There's an inscription on the bottom of one that says 'Japan' with a code on there as well. Our family all lived in Australia and never went to Asia. I'm curious to know where she may have gotten them from and how old they actually are.
