I bought this at a local flea market. I honestly know nothing about it! I just thought it was neat! It's handmade. .not sure of exact materials. It has "Peru" handwritten on bottom of platform. The top of the head is damaged, but in good condition otherwise. It has hand stitched cloth on the figure. .wood possibly? Any info would be great! Thanks!
