For an insurance claim, you need to get a WRITTEN evaluation from a professional so anything you get here is going to be of limited value. Sorry, that's going to involve you paying for the eval.
That said, if you go to PBS.ORG and search you will see that the 'antiques road show' has evaluated a couple of these boxes and you might be able to use that evaulation to support whatever evaluation you get from whomeaver you get as your evaluator.
Just a thought.
