New York American Newspaper April 17, 1912

This is a family heirloom. I wanted to find out how much its worth. However, the front page says it has 24 pages but they only count up to 12 an there are no pages missing in the middle ????? Almost like it was of the press a year ago. Also it has been sealed in a plastic bag for many years I recently opened it to see if it was trash while cleaning out old boxes.
