This object resembles a metal nail file, but I think it might be an attachment for an old Singer sewing machine. It is about 3" long, metal, and has Singer Souvenir PANAMA EXPOSITION 1915 engraved on both sides. I remember it being on a knick knack shelf in my great-grandmother's home in Oxford, NE and later my great-aunt's home in Holdrege, NE. I have had it for many years along with other little collectibles from that knick knack shelf.
