ranch oak dresser with four drawers and mirror

I have searched online to try and find anything similar to this dresser from ranch oak. I just received these two dressers from my neighbors who are selling their house and moving away with family. They were an elderly couple who lived here for fourty years. They gave me no history whatsoever so all I have are the dressers themselves, and a shipping tag. Can anyone give me any insight? I know its not the earliest ranch oak because those had intricate carving s and such but I can't seem to find any information.they are in pretty good shape though the drawers don't all quite sit comfortably, I think a little oiling would do them well.
