Vintage cut glass vase?

Hi,

I'm hoping the experts can help identify this cut glass vase. It was given to my mother as a gift from a neighbor over 25 years ago.

I tried to locate the pattern and style with no luck (there are no marking on the piece).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
