Peter Raos is a master glass artisan based out of New Zealand. He has his own webpage with a gallery of his work that has some very intricate glass work. Check out Peter-Raos.com to learn more about him and you'll be able to see his prices for the glass currently in his gallery.
I found several vases either identical or very similar to yours that have sold recently for $230-$250 in auction settings. I think it is a Calla Lily on the vase. I would expect yours to be worth the same. In a retail setting they'd ask a bit more.
