it is a "3d" plate with the image of a young man whispering into a young woman's ear. The image does stand off of the plate and the plate is in perfect condition, no cracks, no chips. The artwork reminds me of Francois Boucher's bird cage painting so I am guessing 1700's style. The only markings on the plate are the letters NE in black on the back of the plate about 1/4 of an inch tall. No date or anything else that I can find. I know it isn't a lot of info going in but any feedback would be helpful.

You'd have to post your request over on the appraisal forum along with images, nobody can help you very much based on a written description.
