While it is possible to

While it is possible to value prints, etchings etc.. Online, Nobody, and I repeat , Nobody can determine the value of original art or even determine the piece is an original oil painting without examining it. It has been possible for over 30 years now to make virtually perfect copies of oil paintings on canvas that cannot be detected without physically examining them. the best you can do is try and find information regarding the artist and take it from there. a good place to start is here
